ECAMC Board of Directors Approves Strategic Plan 2026–2029

The Board of Directors of the Eastern Caribbean Asset Management Corporation has approved the
Corporation’s Strategic Plan 2026–2029, adopted under the theme Restoring assets. Strengthening the
The Plan is the product of a structured planning process which commenced with the Corporation’s
Strategic Planning Summit in September 2025 and included a Vision and Mission survey of the Board
and staff. It is organised around three strategic pillars — Integration, Innovation, and Impact — and sets
out eight strategic goals spanning the acquisition and resolution of non-performing loans across the
Eastern Caribbean Currency Union, the disposal of acquired assets, and the strengthening of the
Corporation’s operational, technological, and human capacity.
The Plan reaffirms the Corporation’s mandate, conferred by the eight Participating Governments of the
ECCU, to support financial stability across the region by acquiring, managing, and resolving distressed
assets of approved financial institutions.
