Audited Financial Statements
The Corporation’s financial statements are audited annually by an independent external auditor and
submitted to the Monetary Council in accordance with Article 82 of the ECAMC Agreement. In keeping
with its commitment to transparency and accountability, the Corporation publishes its annual audited
upon their issuance.
Financial Statement Analysis
Article 87 of the ECAMC Agreement requires the Board of Directors to submit quarterly reports of the
Corporation’s activities and accounts to the Monetary Council within thirty days of the end of each
quarter. Reports selected for publication will be made available on this page.
Any reports approved for publication will be provided under separate cover.
